Netcred.co.uk is owned by Netcred Limited ('Netcred') which is for the purposes of the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998 ('the Act') the Data Controller and is situated in Stockport, England (full postal address to be found on the contact page). The Act gives United Kingdom users the right to access information that is held about them. Any access request may be subject to a fee of up to £15.00 sterling (plus VAT) to meet Netcred's administration costs in providing details of the information that Netcred holds about the requesting user.

Netcred operates the site located at the url netcred.co.uk which is an online identity verification service referred to as the "Netcred Services".
